    Question for Obama supporters

Obama, who has pledged to run a clean race without resorting to negativity, just took a nice shot from Clinton, who has now begun to rely on negative campaigning to take away some of Obama's votes. If you were Obama's adviser, would you advise him to continue to take the high road and possibly show signs of weakness or would you advise him to fight back and risk him alienating many of the same voters he wooed by taking the high road?

its a tough choice. On one hand he cannot be too negative or else he loses some of his appeal among his base. If he goes into the gutter with the clintons and karl roves types, it makes him look like he is on their level-which he is not. And that is exactly what the clintons and some republicans are hoping for. By the way, the Canadian Government issued the Obama Campaign an apology and is investigating how this happened, but its too late for the brainwashed victims. Bottom line: Rats love it when their food is on their level and right in front of them.

But when you are going up against trash politics, be it karl Rove or the Clintons, you cannot let them bash you without hitting back hard. If all Barack does is answer their nonsense charges then he will always be on the defensive. He could also look weak to the undecided voters. He has to go on the offensive and hit hard about whitewater, her bullsh*t claim that she has relevant foreign experience as a first lady, her phantom tax returns from 2006, and on and on and on......

This is clearly the defining time for Obama's campaign. Almost as important as how he handles this will be how the media spins what he does. If they give him props for hitting back hard on issues that are real, he wins. If they tank for hilary and regurgitate things like; "look, he is going negative, this hurts his appeal" its over. This is how our bulls*it media frames elections.
