Not the best matchup for us on opening day. Doc halladay owns us.

    I'll be watching the opener.

Damn, the Yankees are so good they can have multiple DHs.

Wang is pitching, so the Yankees decided we didn't need to have a the third outfielder.

Thank god it's finally here. I'm skipping 3 classes tomorrow to watch the game.

I'm surprised that Matsui batting 8th. Not that I disagree with it, but I was expecting him at the 6 spot.

It's only a matter of time before he moves up to the 3 spot.

I don't think this is what the lineup is going to look like for the majority of the year. Giambi is hitting .315 in 54 career at-bats against Halladay so that explains the batting order.

Why? Abreu is a better 3 hitter.

Based on ST lineups and what Girardi has said, it looks like Giambi will be our #5 hitter when he plays.

I'm not talking about this year. In the future, Cano will be the 3 hitter. Abreu will only be here for another year or two most likely.

any update on Melky's suspension? Its been pending appeal for weeks now.

Has there been any talk about whether it will be reduced, dropped, etc.?

I'm pumped even to watch the Skanks. After last night's walk off dinger by Mr Zimmerman, I am fired up for baseball. No more Knicks, no more Jets, BASEBALL TIME!
