Not only will we roll them, we will Rick Roll them

Seriously though, I think Werth didnt see if that ball was a Catch or not, so he had no clue where to go. Still a heads up play by Delgado though.

Anyone else think the "wall" created by Citi Field will block the wind and increase HR's in the Big Shea?

That's the speculation....not sure if it Will. The one Wright hit to Center seemed to die in the wind...but maybe he got it high enough that it wasnt affected, idk.

I never thought I'd see the day where Brian Schneider gets intentionally walked.

I'd almost rather have Perez up there.....at least we don't have to worry about him leading off the next inning then.

They weren't intentional. I don't even think the one hit Utley and the other scraped off his Jersey. Pretty similar story with Church.

.....And not sure on Castillo.....awaiting an update. He was hobbling a bit chasing a pop up, so assuming lower body of some sort.

Those were two very, very good catches by Victorino (not quite great, but still).

He covers a lot of ground out there.

Absolutely gutless....page me when this team grows a set.

oh and by the way Willies bullpen management in this game might be worse than the teams performance.

I'm not watching, what happened that made the Mets look gutless. Is this just about the fact that they blew the lead or did something happen.

By the way, Willie's bullpen mgmt has always been bad.

He went to the Joe Torre school of mismanaging your bullpen.

And like i've said for forever, Schoenweis is pure crap. He has been for a while.

I don't really see where everybody's beef with Willie's management was. Rollins and Victorino are Switch Hitters, Utley and Howard are Lefties. The only Righty he actually faced was Taguchi and he got him out after Manuel switched him in.

He played that correctly in my take, there was no point in pulling him for Rollins or Victorino because they would have had just as favorable a matchup against Sosa or whoever else you want to put in there. It just sucks that the results didn't work out.
