Some roster moves I think the Yankees should do

    Call up-

    Edwar Ramirez
    Shelley Duncan

    DFA/Send down-

Billy Traber (Waste of a roster spot)
Chad Moeller (When Monlina is healthy, no reason to have a 3rd catcher)
Wilson Betemit (He's on the DL anyways, but when he's back. No reason to have both Betemit and Ensberg on the team)

    25 man roster-

    Damon
    Jeter
    Abreu
    A-Rod
    Matsui
    Posada
    Cano
    Giambi
    Melky

    Molina
    Duncan
    Ensberg
    Gonzalez

    Wang
    Pettitte
    Hughes
    Moose
    Kennedy

    Mo
    Joba
    Bruney
    Hawkins
    Farnsworth
    Ohlendorf
    Edwar

Is there ANY WAY we can get rid of Giambi?

Unfortunately no, not until this season is over.

Well I definitely do want to see Duncan back on this team. He brings a lot of energy even he's just on the bench.

I'm really still wondering how the hell Duncan, after ripping through spring training, only got 5 at bats.

I agree with bringing up Ramirez and Duncan. They've been tearing it up in Scranton. Even though we would be without a lefty in the pen, I think Ramirez will be more valuable for us right now. He could give us some long relief if needed. I prefer Betemit over Ensberg. Ensberg has done a nice job so far, but I think Betemit is the better player.

Betemit.. Ensberg. Don't matter to me. Pick one. It's just stupid to have both of them on the team.

True. I'll live with either one.

Pretty much what i've been saying. They are like the same player and have the same positional value...

I agree. I'm not sure if I would have Gonzalez replace Betemit though, for the sole reason that you may want to give Gonzalez regular AB's in AAA to see if he can hit some more.

It's a good point. He's impressed me a lot as a baserunner and a defender. As a hitter, I'd like to see how he deals with pitchers making adjustments on him. He clearly likes to turn on the inside pitch. But if pitchers start to live outside on him, I wonder how he deals.
