His residency programs included cardiothoracic surgery at Ohio State University and pediatric cardiac surgery at Children's Health Care also in Minneapolis. Dr. Moga also completed a pediatric cardiac surgery fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic. He joined the Children's Heart Clinic in 2000.

    Dr. Moga is board certified in cardiothoracic surgery and general surgery. He is a member of the American Board of Thoracic Surgery, the Midwest Pediatric Cardiology Society and the Hitchcock Surgical Society. He also serves as a member of several committees at Children's Hospitals and Clinics.
