    Mets stepped up this wknd...

They just took 2 of 3 against the best team in baseball's top 3 starters...Reyes & Wright seem to be back on track, & even Delgado has been hitting the ball hard. Smacking around the Dodgers the next few days will get everyone back on the wagon...

It was a good series and they played well in all three games but lets not count our chickens before they are hatched. The Dodgers have been playing some good ball as of late.

After a game like Sunday, you would think the Mets will go on a little streak here. However, Olie Perez is pitching tonight and he has looked horrible his last few outings.

They'll take 2of3 at least...Dodgers playing way over their heads..Ollie will hopefully be p*ssed off 2nite & pitch well...I've hated Furcal since he was a Brave, maybe Perez will let one slip..

A bench clearing brawl is what the Mets need...get some swagger back & rid themselves of the 2007 hangover.

Funny, I was thinking the same thing while going home from work on Friday.
