    I don't think anyone under 30 gets the car commercial based on this game.

    Yie-Ar Kung Fu was the pre-cursor for all head-to-head fighter games. It was Mortal Kombat, before MK was a good idea or one of the most popular games ever... it gave birth to SO many great games of this breed. The entire MK brand and lineup, Virtua Fighter (I still remember cutting school and taking the LIRR to go to the arcade on Mott St to play this when it came out), Tekken, etc.

    Yes we do, that game was still in arcades when I was younger and went. Good game.
