OT: Show your cooking skills! (merged with "Man collects urine" thread)

I don't like to eat out all the time... so I have no choice but to cook (micro food gets old after a while).

Since I like to maintain a good diet, I tried to use healthy stuff. It includes shrimp, turkey sausage, yucca root, carrots, squash, and even jalapeno pepper.

I don't have a name for this dish, but I can tell you one thing, it's delicious and nutrient.

If healthy options is a goal for you, try substituting something called Quinoa (KEEN-WAH)for the rice. Its very similar in texture, but 10X more nutritous.

Quinoa has a very high protein count (twice the amount in rice), calcium, and B-vitamins. Been used by Indians in South America for 3000+ years. Very nutritous and tasty. If you plan on eating it on its own, I reccomend a small pat of butter/Substitute, and a small splash of Soy sauce.

So what is the recipe ? Also, just an fyi. Shrimp is not healthy - it is low in fat but has a ton of Cholesterol like most other shell fish- I think like 5 times the amount of beef.

Odd Ball, please stop spamming the board with OT threads

An occasional OT thread is okay, but you're crossing the line into spamming and that's not gonna fly

    Thanks

Is that who it is, buzz, a previously banned spammer up to his old tricks under a new name?

Okay, then he's gone, I'll ban him right now
