Every time i see Giambi out of the lineup i shake my head...

Does Girardi not have statistics in front of him?

Girardi goes with the same strategy every time there is a lefty on the mound and it never works...I don't care what Giambi's BA is the guy has a .385 OBP, has smashed 6 HR and knocked in 18 RBI's in 83 AB's against LHP...In his limited play against LHP he has been one of the teams most productive hitters yet Girardi has him on the bench...Its just plain stupid and doesn't make any sense...

I don't care how much defense Molina gives you, the guy is as effective as a blind man swinging a bat and the team is having trouble scoring runs...If the team was scoring fine play Molina over Posada as much as you want but not when your team is having trouble scoring...Unless Posada is completely incapable of catching, Molina shouldn't be in the lineup...If Posada can't catch then id rather have Giambi's bat in the lineup as the DH...Giambi being less of a hitter when he's the DH hasn't even been an issue this year which boggles the mind even more as to why he is getting benched...

Either way you look at it the guy sitting on the bench tonight should be either Molina or Posada and not Giambi...

Bobby Meachum is the worst 3B coach of all-time.

Seriously.. he seems like a nice guy, but he is pathetic. Does he read scouting reports?

    1. Cano hit the ball on a rope

    2. Sweeney has a cannon

Why the hell do you send him?

The problem is I don't think he does. I think he just decides beforehand if he'll send runners. With 2 outs, he always will, no matter what. The guy is horrible and he's cost us all year long.

So far, I am, once again, really liking the post-ASB version of Cano.

Cano is like the Jets defense - he needs the ASB to get things going.

To be fair.. since May 1st, he's bet hitting pretty well. April he was pathetic.

Difference between that send and the previous one is that that one needed a relay throw and it was closer. Still, I thought it was too risky with A-Rod coming up. But at least it worked.
