Favorable matchups. Let's hope your boys can put this Phillies to sleep nice and early in September. With Church back, this team can swep the Phills and take 2 out of 3 EASY.

I'll be watching my Yankees probably losing to the Mariners tomorrow.

    Time for redemption Mets.

The Phillies have a hurricane waiting for them at Shea, literally and figuratively.

Sunday night will be one hell of a day, Brett vs Chad at 1 and Santana vs Hamels at 8.

Tonight is a really important game for me, it's very tough to sweep (What looks likely to be) a double header anytime, but especially in a tight pennant race like this. Take this game tonight and we got a good chance to put them in a really tough position.

    You gotta love these matchups.

In Meyers vs. Pelfrey you have two right handers who started off slow but have turned it around and become dominant.

In Moyer vs. Pedro you have to old-timers going down to the wire one last time.

And of course in Hamels vs. Santana you have two of the best lefty aces going head to head...

This series is going to be awesome!

I'm being serious I think you guys have the right match ups to take 2 out of 3 or a sweep.

    No chance they sweep.

    Theyll NEVER make it easy.

If they sweep a bear would eat Jose Reyes or something.

    lol

You can make a sick .GIF if you can get a bear running and Jose Reyes running from second to third.

Church needs to make contact and advance the runner there.

Castillo grounds out, Beltran to 3ed, schneider intentionally walked and the pitcher struck out.

    ^what i expect.

Mets strategy early on, get Myers the hell out of the game. Low 40's pitches through 2 innings. Probably a good idea with him pitching well lately.
