Obama wasn't the only one listening to a religious fanatic spout 9/11 absurdity
Palin now attends the Wasilla Bible Church. She was there on August 17, just days before entering the national spotlight. David Brickner, the founder of Jews for Jesus, was a speaker. He told congregants that terrorist attacks on Israel were God's "judgment" of Jews who haven't embraced Christianity. Brickner said, "Judgment is very real and we see it played out on the pages of the newspapers and on the television. When a Palestinian from East Jerusalem took a bulldozer and went plowing through a score of cars, killing numbers of people. Judgment -- you can't miss it."
Ha! I knew it. Murder Obama for sitting through it, but it's OK for Palin. Experiment done. The chickens have come home to roost.

(I'll admit it, I started the thread just so I could say that last line).

J4J doesn't rag on the USA like the Rev. not so Wright! These people are Jews that happen to believe Jeshua was the Messiah!

Palin is a right wing religous nut who has ignited the base. Obama is a left wing socialist nut who has ignited the base. Palin will be banging a gavel at a Democratically controlled Senate with no power if she wins. Obama will be sitting in the White House with Pelosi and Reid ready to implement his craziness if he wins.

What craziness do you think he would implement?

So, one person listened to a nut guest speaker for one day.

The other listened to a nut for 20 years.

    Seems about equal.

Windfall profit taxes, protectionism, tax policy that moves us toward a European model from the 70's. Middle class life style as a right work as an option. Nucks for Iran.

The only reason Obama got the nomination is he didn't have a vote on the authorization to war.

They're just trying to get us to that stage of 'perfection,' as Coulter would probably say...

    +1 QFT

You only know the Dem party is panicking over the continual improvment made in Iraq.

That pretty much Obama's entire platform. "I wasn't for the war and I'm not GWB".

Ahh, today's nomination for stupidest post of the day, and its not even noon yet! If that's Obama's platform, is McCain's: "I voted with GWB on the surge but I'm also not GWB"?

McCain was pushing for more troops way before Bush was asking for it.

Given the timing of the positions of Bush and McCain on the surge . . . no.

I know more than a few lefties who like Hillary who were incensed that she wouldn't appoligize for her war vote.

    That is flattering. Thank you.

Yes, McCain was a huge advocate for increasing troop levels in Iraq before anyone heard of "the surge".
