When did this turn into the "Liberal/Democrats Unite" Forum?

Just wondering? Its the same 8-10 Leftist posters spamming the board with Pro-Obama, conspiracy theory, radical leaning tripe...and ANYBODY here with a dissenting (Right-of-Center) viewpoint seems to get lambasted, insulted, and vilified as a racist/sexist/bigot. This isn't a "Political Forum", its a Liberal Blog filled with left-leaning internet "toughguys", conspiracy theorists, and kids who don't know anything beyond what their socialist teachers and Keith Olberman have told them to believe.

Its not racism, discrimination, or even "The MAN" that has held that community "Down". Its their own LAZYNESS. Once a Black Man becomes President, the excuses are GONE.
So to recap...blacks are lazy...do I have that right?

You sure do represent your side with intelligence and grace.

Typical conservative whining. This board is mostly right-wing republicans who would be a lot more vocal if McBush was up 8 points in the polls. I'm sure if your boy pulls it off and convinces enough idiots to come home to the GOP in the swing states it will be the same 80-90 conservative posters flaming on about how great the economy and Iraq are and how they have been so oppressed by the Liberals.

Well, Northern VA has been a Democrat Stronghold for a while now. Nothing new about that, just new that the rest of teh state may go with NoVa instead of against it.

I see, is the "Real Virginia" getting much play down there? Many people annoyed by that comment made by one of McCain's surrogates, or no?

that's the un-american part of NoVa right?

anywhooo..has JetEngine spent any time on this board for the last year or so?

I mean, most of the guys on here from that time are right, now you have the left coming out due to the election and the anticipation of an Obama victory...

but, for the most part, it is a righty board...wait until after the election, if Obama is the president, righties will have a lot of fun posting, if nothing else....

I figured out why you love Obama so much. If (when) **** goes to hell under Obama, you can just hightail it back to Éire and not have to worry about anything.

anyone visiting this forum during the 2004 elections or at any point prior saw a very conservative view of politics, wikth a few very vocal dissenters. the fact that the OP views it as anything left of center says more about the abject failure of our leaders over the last 4 years than it does about anything else. and the conservatives around here are mostly true fiscal conservatives, who don't have much to say in defense of this administration, and mostly vocally oppose the spencing, bank nationalization, etc. by the current regime.

    JetEngine is the man.

The mainstream media, a group favoring Obama with an unprecedented bias, is consistently critical of McCain's campaign, suggesting it's been wrong for almost every decision. Let me repeat, a group that's displaying unprecedented bias - pounds the drum that the McCain campaign is inept. Well, let me tell you something. McCain is up and running in battleground states and well within striking range of winning them - that's not the earmark of impending landslide.

Am I supposed to believe that Obama, who's undeniably liberal, is going to convince a country that's decidedly not liberal, to elect him in a landslide? That people will trust liberals when the land's most prominent liberals have earned themselves nothing short of public loathing these past two years?

The Obama landslide scenario has never added up to me. I honestly believe a McCain "landslide" (in relative terms, not NY/CA/IL) is a more likely outcome. The country just hasn't changed that much, despite Hollywood's fascination with Obama. And a Wall Street that continues to sour will be reflecting negatively on Obama, not McCain. There are bigger forces at work than SNL skits here.

The online world lends polls too much credence, it's just something to talk about and they're regularly wrong. And don't discount Team Clinton.

Why would anyone discount Team Clinton? They after all have come home, and will bring Democrats to victory on Nov. 4th.
