LOL. And the guy isn't even an American!
He is American. Born in Honolulu.

To be President of the United States you have to be born in America.
preaching to the choir..

But I do know this, until we as citizens return to the ideals that our parents were raised under this country can go no direction but down..
You mean like hard work, personal responsibility and self-reliance?

No room in his(or the democratic) platform for that silly old stuff.
Change has come to america = stupid
No, it's the truth. This change he's been talking about, he's referring to it in the past tense - the change is he's going to be the President.

Obama = change. A platform couldn't be more butt-simple and, in Obama's case, more successful.

    Next he gets on-the-job-training!
What an amazing country we are to be able to look past a name of a person. Past the race of a person. Look to the issues.

    And elect him.

    I am proud.
I was not an Obama supporter, but as my new President I wish him well and hope that he can do some great things with our country. But i disagree some what on your statement. Yes i would say that some people looked pass race and to the issues. But you can't tell me that voters also voted for him because of his race. And vice verse with Mccain where being white peopel voted for him so the black man didn't get in. Not everyone that voted went and voted for the person and his issues, a lot voted for the man and his color - whether it was white or black.

The issue is not his color..its his vision and policies. I have voted in 9 presidential elections and have voted both Rep and Dem..The Rep have had 8 years running the show and have f**ked it up badly..A change had to be made..had to. I think President Obama will bring in people that are looking to serve America not looking to line their friends pockets which was what it looked like under 'W"..If President Obama doesn't get the job done I have 0 problem voting him out in 4 years

Barack Obama is now OUR president and should support him and we should all hope he can restore the image of this country around the world which is not great under the current administration.

As an american, this is one of the worst days. I am truly scared, this guy is a socialist who has the power to really mess us up. People voted for this guy without even knowing the issues. This spreading the wealth is going to be capitalisms demise, not to mention all of the extream individuals he is tied to including palestinian ties.

Barack Hussein Mohammad Obama, you voted for him people, now deal with it.

How do you feel about taking profits from corporations and distributing them amongst the citizens?

If a guy is half white and half black, does that make him a black man?

I'll never understand how we can piss out so much $ in Iraq, and some will never complain. But to invest here at home is considered waste to them. At least McCain had it right last night. The rest should follow his message.

    Country first!
I voted for McCain but I can dig this. I'll jump on the "Hope" bandwagon, at least for now.
Agreed. BO is not nearly as scary as Pelosi, Reid, Schumer, and Rangel.

Spoken like someone who knows nothing of the cause. You are the perfect example of a idiot voter going with the souind bits due to being to lazy to actually look into the facts.

Let's see, is it a corporation that my 401k is invested in? In which case you are taking money from me to give to someone else.

It is sad how uniformed people are.
