    Mexico vs USA

Well my friends, one week to go, and assuming Im the only mexican in this place, Ill have to stand up for my team.
Almost 11 yrs since the last victory in american soil for Mexico.
We are not in our best shape, hopefully pride will make us play better.
    The weather certainly wont help.
Also Altidore, Beasley & Adu are not playing regularly.
I think (unlike the last time we have played) the USA will have to go for the game and will open more spaces.
And hopefully Eriksson, can figure out how to play against USA.
    Will be a good game.

    VIVA MEXICO!

sorry buddy, but i don't see Mexico winning this one. a tie would be a very good result at this point, even though the Mexican press would play it off as the end of the world and call for Sven's head.

As of now we would happily sign the tie.

Mexico is resorting to voo-doo. If our players drop to the ground in agony for no apparent reason writhing in pain, we'll know who to blame.

    Italian diving crack in 3-2-1...

any Mexican should be happy with a tie in Columbus on Wednesday. of course, JoseRa, Faitelson and all their idiot "Futbol Picante" buddies would say that a tie is a monumental failure...

I'll be @ Nevada Smith's for this one.

I'm more excited about this than anything else in sports right now.

Well they are pretty negative people.
Depends on how the tie comes....
We are more concerned because we have no style...
    And no show of improving

Tonight should be fun. Everyone should be playing, including Messi.

Turkey-Ivory Coast should be good as well. I smell a 3-3 or something like that.

You're more right than you realise. Terim called up two goalies first is fenerbahce's Volkan who can be pretty good at times but can let in the dumbest goals, and is always a moment away from a red card.

The other is a kid who plays for the leaders of the second division who lost 6-3 last week.

While I can't beat Dukes sig picture, the highlights from Brazil/Italy aren't that bad of a follow up. Robinho=magic:

What is the deal with Dos Santos anyway? Is he overrated or just hurt?

He has all the tools but yes:

    -He is overrated.

    -Was hurt

-Went out drinking in London and didnt helped his status in Totenham

-Totenham might not be the best team for him

but hes is young, so hopefully he will overcome
