Plan Your Jets Road Trips 2010 thru 2017*

*assuming NFL continues with the same rotational formula established when the NFL moved to 32 teams with the Cleveland Browns re-entering the league.

Certainly New Orleans. Hopefully I'll also add Miami and NE.

we have a group of about 8-12 guys who do 1 away game a year for the last 2 years...we did dallas on thanksgiving day 2 years ago and san diego on MNF last year...

so far new orleans is the favorite this year but i have a feeling miami will be hosting us for a little MNF action which would be hard to pass up

Because the Jets are the home team to the Giants in 2011 the NFL will make sure to give the Week 1 home opener and stadium launch in 2010 to the Giants.

We'll get the first preseason game in 2010 at home, so that's a plus right there.

    New Orleans

This year our Jets game will be New Orleans. Just as soon as tickets go on sale, I will be looking for good ones.

My next away game will be when the Giants host the Jets. I don't get to travel much.

Seeing the Jets play the Packers in the 2000 opener is one of my favorite Jets memories. The town is so small and 100% focused on football. I may go again next season as well.

Ray Lucas wasn't happy seeing his first live Jets fan in a #10 Pennington jersey, but hey, what can you do?

I wonder if there is any chance of them switching around the 2010-2011 Sched. So the JETS & Giants play each other opening week in the new stadium ,It would be right for us to be the home team after having to play in a stadium with their name on it for the last 25 years.

I live in Baton Rouge, so New Orleans game is a no-brainer.

That is total crap! We should get the opening Reg. Season game in the New Stadium in 2010 if they think opening preseason is such a big deal let the Giants open preseason ,The very fact they we will be playing in a home stadium for the FIRST TIME since the JETS moved to NJ in 1984 that doesn`t have the Giants name on the stadium and that is a big deal! & that is how it should be opened by us.
