Comparing him to Pennington is beyond moronic.

Penny was a great leader and a student of the game. He has always had terrible mobility, average footwork, and a very awkward way of moving and throwing the ball.

Sanchez looks freaking natural out there. Smooth, effortless, he looks like he was born to play QB in a dynamic way. I see a taller and more athletic drew brees, a steve young type, maybe a little Tony Romo/ Favre in him.

Athletic, leader, intangibles, accurate, mobile in the pocket.
McNabb is a better runner and has a stronger better arm.

Pre-injury Penny...a more focused, less injured Tony Romo...a bigger Drew Brees...a shorter Matt Ryan...

He's a good, mobile QB with an NFL arm and a smart game...

    No way.

Sanchez can throw accurately on the run to anywhere on the football field. That is not Chad's game at all. Rex just dissected Chad(4 INTs) in the playoffs. Do you honestly think Rex' enthusiasm of Sanchez is because he sees a lot of Chad in him

A mix between Steve Young and Jeff Garcia.

The arc of his ball reminds me of Steve Young. Alot of the throws he makes remind me of Steve Young. His fire-iness also reminds me of Steve Young, but thats where it ends. His number reminds me of Ray Lucas.

Last number 6 on the Jets was none other than Kellen Clemens.

Tony Romo imo....sanchez has incredible accuracy on the move. He's shifty in the pocket and can make good throws in akward positions. Nothing like pennington, who needs to step into his throws and have perfect footwork in order for him to maintain his accuracy. His good ball skills and excellent play action are the only similarities I see with sanchez and chad.

Rookie year. He switched when Patrick Ramsey left the year after.
