I think they're grooming him to succeed T-Rich in a couple of years, although Richardson looks to be in tip top shape, he's aging like a fine wine.

Caulcrick was not known as much of a receiver but Schotty says he actually has soft hands, we already know what a load he is to tackle, his blocking should be better too. A couple of years under Richardson's tutelage can only help.
