    Harvest season

A few posters mentioned last week about going upstate to pick apples. What harvest season crop, aroma, drive, or anything else having to do with this time of year, is near and dear?

Mine, the turning of the vineyards in Sonoma Co. CA.

Its the middle of apple picking season here. Cold nights are giving the apples that nice red color. Going Saturday with the family to pick some Honey Crisp apples. They are my favorite.

Harvest season run long, pending on what part of the country. In eastern WA, the Walla Walla sweet onions are like apples.

Dickens Cider? Dunno, we don't get Dickens Cider here in Canada. Even if we did I don't think I would drink it. Drinking a liquid from Dicks Cider House, just don't see it.

Honey Crisp is a new variety I think. Its like eating cotton Candy. Very sweet for an apple.

I can't get utube here at work, but I bet you can find that skit!

Yep, when fall arrives and it starts getting cold, my wife likes nothing better than a hot dicken's cider!

Hey am I crazy or does it now cost MORE to pick your own apples than to buy them at the market?

On a Friday night after an entire bottle of red wine, this may be the funniest joke in the history of comedy.
