    What'd you cook?

Panko crusted Loin of Pork stuffed with procsioutto, cremini mushooms, shallots, fresh sage and thyme, asiago cheese, spinach, panko.

Wow. Me and my buddy made it up as we went.

Spell prosciutto like this again and we'll have words. That recipe sounds amazing and delicious. Hope you all enjoyed it.

I was going to make steamed lobsters and all the fixins, but it snowed yesterday morning and I didn't feel like driving to A&P on slippery roads. Instead, I prepared risotto with sausage, tomato and herbs (thyme, sage, rosemary and a little parsley at the end), sauteed mushrooms, sauteed zucchini in tons of olive oil and garlic paste, and a crustless pumpkin pie with vanilla scented Chantilly cream. I made the pie for the first time on Thanksgiving and my son is now addicted to it. So easy, and really delicious.

Best wishes for an awesome year ahead, my friend.

there is a liquor dispenser in my suite in jamaica. 1 bottle of brandy, rum, vodka, and more rum. it gets refilled everyday, along with my mini fridge stacked with red stripe. whats good.

and a 24 hour sports bar, where ill be watching the jet game.

    just worked out

went for a dip in the Caribbean

hada run back to the room to unload some jamaican food, goin back out to the beach. enjoy the snow guys.
