I was going to make steamed lobsters and all the fixins, but it snowed yesterday morning and I didn't feel like driving to A&P on slippery roads. Instead, I prepared risotto with sausage, tomato and herbs (thyme, sage, rosemary and a little parsley at the end), sauteed mushrooms, sauteed zucchini in tons of olive oil and garlic paste, and a crustless pumpkin pie with vanilla scented Chantilly cream. I made the pie for the first time on Thanksgiving and my son is now addicted to it. So easy, and really delicious.
