    Terrorists in the news....in the USA

    Yesterday our pampered Nigerian terrorist had his first day in court. He should be getting waterboarded all weekend long, but instead the Obama creampuffs have him arraigned in a civilian court, where he gets a sheister lawyer & predictably clams up.

    NYC anti-terror task force members arrested a Queens thug they've been following around the city yesterday bc they finally have enough to charge him with providing material support to terrorism. He was close pals with a POS terrorist who was charged with planning a 9/11 style attack on NYC.

    ho-hum, just another day....but dont worry, Obama just gave a really tough speech the other day where he actually admitted the Nigerian had ties to Al Quaeda...progress, B!

    ONE more terrorist attack...one more, & Obama is done. The people have had it with this softie.

    I'm hopeful (if not confident) that after a few more years the country will have all the information it needs to make a more informed and better decision in the voting booth. The last election was a bit of a hail mary (taking a high risk/low percentage chance after being hammered for several years). Next time around I think people will demand to know more about who they're voting for.

    I don't disagree with what you said.....but this isn't going to do well here, man.

    What has changed within the federal law enforcement since our current Admin has taken over?

    Why was the right wing quiet when Richard Reed was prosecuted in federal courts? Why no complaining back then, now it's the hottest talking point for the right? They had no complaints when Reed was given a lawyer, yet suddenly it's an issue? Doesn't this smack more of sour grapes and reaching for straws in an attempt to discredit Obama than anything else? If they had spoken up when Bush did this, it would sound far more legit. Don't you realize that the people see right through the hypocrisy?

    Giving foreign terrorists the same rights as American citizens. They do not and should not be treated equally.
    And BTW, extending back into the GWB administration (unfortunately) our soldiers are arresting and detaining. Like police. How about just killing the enemy. You don't need to worry about them then.

    yeh- guess you're right...I mean they've been so good at following up on watch lists or connecting the dots- whether it's the nigerian dude or the fort hood killer- you know- those isolated incidents that had no connection...

    they're ENEMY COMBATANTS....terrorism is not a police matter. Do you really think the Nigerian deserves Constitutional rights?

    The constitution seems to be pretty clear on this.

    The 14 th Ammendment:

    "Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. "

    It is soo easy sitting here and acting like you are a God CBTNY.... You get to sit back and read the paper and second guess everything days, months, years later and pretend you knew better. Mistakes get made and making a lot of these decisions are very difficult, but hey you know it all.

    Please run for office and change our terrible gov't!!!!

    good point, I didnt realize that...it's become an issue because of Eric Holder's insane decision to bring KSM to trial in NYC...costing us hundreds of millions of dollars to protect him (& us) during a staged show trial for the Europeans...who have already figured out that Obama is soft by now anyway.
