    It is a bit hypocritical, but I read that Dana just signed him so Strikeforce couldn't.

    That being said, Toney didn't have to sign a non-compete clause, so he can still box if he wants. This shows that UFC doesn't think of him as a big draw.

    Don't sell Toney short....I've hung out with him on several occasions and been to many of his fights....He's a bad azz, and if he gets himself in shape he could do some damage.

    He'll need to take training seriously and incorporate some skills from other disciplines ground and submissions esp but also takedown defense etc. Still I'd give him a fighting chance based on his superb striking, defensive boxing and counterpunching. Wish he could've lent some of his boxing skills to Frank Mir.
