Tiger and his dead Dad's voice in new ad.

Tiger has now moved from scummy to reprehensible.

Just so much wrong with this I don't know where to start.

Is there anyone who finds this ad remotely appealing?

"Vanity Fair" also goes after Tiger's dad, EARL WOODS . . . calling him a womanizer and a drunk. And they say he made an ugly scene one time at a Father of the Year banquet. --The magazine says, quote, "Everybody was in coat and tie, and Earl's sitting there in these little hot pants . . . short-shorts . . . and a golf shirt, and he's got a big old vodka gimlet going and a cigarette burning, and he's sound asleep, just hammered. --"And the announcer says, 'Ladies and gentlemen, Earl Woods!' And he jumped up, spilled his drink all over the front of his shirt . . . And he gets up there at the podium and starts talking psychobabble."

And this, featuring Dina Parr, who Tiger dated all through high school:

Two weeks after Woods's crash last November, Parr told E! News that he used to call her from the road to talk about his parents' relationship. "He would just call crying and say, 'My dad is with another woman,' and that would be all he could say," she said. "He would be so upset, so I just tried to be there for him and listen to him ... He loved his father. And I know that was the one thing about his dad that he could never get over. So, yeah, it's interesting that it's turned out that he's doing the same thing.

Haven't seen it yet, heard about it on the news this morning...

I can see what they're trying to do for his image, but this is just the wrong way to go about it...

kids do what they see their parents do. so if his father was a womanizer, what makes us think tiger would be any different?

Wow, that's absolutely ridiculous. What was he thinking when he agreed to do an ad like this?

Screw Tiger Woods. Piece of crap.

It'a good ad for what they are trying to accomplish, make you feel sorry for Tiger so you will buy Nike again.

I would love to see this same approach for Cadillac, him unconscious and bleeding in a wrecked Escalade, if i see that, I will be at the dealership the same day;)

I'll leave the moral damnation to others, but as a commercial, it may be the most interesting 30 second spot I have ever seen.

I don't recall - ever - seeing a amjor corporate advertiser attempt such a thing. Not sure how I "feel" about it. A lot to process. If he's sincere, it could be powerful. If you feel he isn't, well, then you probably have a violent reaction to it.

The dead father voice recording takes it to a whole other level.

As I said, maybe the most interesting 30 second ad produced by a corporation.

It's clear some of you haven't gotten over him cheating on you yet.

This is just sad...it's hard to watch a person basically dismantle his life before our very eyes.

He's a scumbag, but I don't care about him. This is all on Nike and the advertising company. Corporate greed at it's worst.
