This is terrific news - it's been too long since the Jets had an absurdly muscular 30 year old RB

Some of those numbers are exaggerated - I don't think anyone can do box jumps with 100lb db's and I've never heard of a 90lb bar - but still a cool read. Glad that he's working hard.
At his house out here in SD he has a "hill" like the one that Emmit Smith used to run. I've been there, its just a steep dirt hill behind his pool and putting green which goes 75 feet up.
I've seen you. You should start running that hill while LT is in NY.

Its also rather risky esp for a RB to be leaping up and down with that amount of weight, it'll certainly damage his knees. But happy that he's focussed and pulling out all the stops to reinvigorate his career, this time with the Jets.

This reminds me of the old "Chad's been working on his armstrength" articles. And we know how that went

I agree with this. No way is he jumping almost 3 ft in the air with 200lbs total in his hands. What if he missteps and doesn't land perfectly? Talk about an accident waiting to happen!

This training + chip on shoulder + T.Rich = beastly LT

Think he returns to old form for 1 last year, and finally hoists the Lombardi!

    OMG.

Sweet. I've been excited about this signing, and it just keeps getting better.

Rub some of the old jets-cynicism off, and wrap your mind around the fact that an angry L. Tomlinson is gonna be in green & white pounding the rock. Love it.

I hope his girl friend is rich, because Mrs. Tiki is going to have everything he owns
