It truly is.

You gotta love the premise of this thread.

Tannenbaum pulls off the biggest trade in franchise history in getting Mark Sanchez, the presumptive franchise QB.

But Tannenbaum decides he wants to get fired so he goes about it by not re-signing a special team player.

Sanchez was last year pal...i'm talkin' this year.
I think the moves we're questionable.

Obviously i've seen better from Tanny.
So roll eyes and snivel all you want..everyone we've signed on this year is an outcast that nobody else wanted ...period.

Maybe a few flashed a few years ago...but Jason Taylor?
C'mon!!

And no i'm not Benigno..I really love and support our F.O.
I'm not on coke either..nor do I have a big head or a kool aide thing~

Just unimpressed thus far and think we've signed jags and moved sideways.
J.T. from the Dolfags will piss most Jets fans off Imho.

Wow. Your "case" consists of getting fired up because you don't like some of the back-up and situational players being brought in.

Taylor would be a situational pass rusher
Brunnel would only play if Sanchez got injured (could he be worse than Clemens?)
Tomlinson is going to split carries with Greene and hopefully catch a ton of balls out of the backfield
Feely was pretty good but not a huge loss
And the other two guys were special team's players

Everything's going to be OK ;)

Well if he's got final say on personell decisions and signs 35 year old guys that our fanbase hates ,
I would imagine the Fans and the media will be callin for his head no?

Did you read Taylors comments on us?
"when it's retire or play for the only team interested ..I guess you gotta make a decision..even if it's the Jets"

F*** this guy man!!!
What are we thinking?

Did you already give up on that Schroy farce?

I know it wasn't working for you...but really?

Replacing Kicker Feely and DE Douglas with Kicker Folk and DE Rod Wright are my only concerns...Im confident that Pool, LT, Laury and Cromartie will all be successful for the JETS!!!

14. #34
I gotta question---if Taylor signs with the Jets, he'll obviously be a situational pass rusher. With that as his only job, how many sacks will this former DPOY have next year? 5, 10, more? Okay, now if Taylor doesn't sign, give me the name of the player who will take that roster spot and deliver an equal or greater number of sacks, next year.

When adding players to a team, how a few menstrual fans react initially is low on the list of reasons to sign or not sign a player.

Of course, without Wright, we're fu(ked, but maybe we get lucky.

The premise wasn't that he should be fired for having final say and being incompetent, the premise is that your whole post is dumb. Especially the idiotic concept that a GM shouldn't make a move because you don't like a player.
I know this sounds a little crazy, but this guy is usually on point.

Who the hell would want Jason Taylor?

Next to B.B. this guy is the biggest individual enemy known to the JETS!!

Why let go of T.J. for L.T.?
Wasn't he a huge locker room leader?

Getting rid of Feely for 300K?
Who's left?

Wallace Wright? Probably our best special teamer along with the L.B. dude who's name escapes me....Murrell?

I know it's just business or trimmin' the fat,
but maybe the guy is burnin' out or crackin up or something.

Some of these moves are raising eyebrows~
My suggestion is you stop drinking, stop getting excited, and then you won't be so dangerous when it comes to posts...
