    DYNASTY

I know its crazy talk, but Rex is selling CRAZY and I'm buying! Last year was the Harbinger of GREATNESS for our beloved New York Jets! Finally, we have a team with all the parts together at the same time!

The OWNER has FINALLY "gotten it" and is a man possessed to win a CHAAMPIONSHIP!

A Head Coach who is both a great leader AND a great X's and O's guy. A WINNER who can outscheme, outmotivate, outtalk, out eat, and out think the other guy!

A FRANCHISE QB. A guy that as a ROOKIE led his team to the COnference Championship game and got better and better as the season went on, including the playoffs. A guy for NOW and the FUTURE!

A GM that works with the coach, and will not stand after a good season, but continues to improve the roster by any means neccessary!

On paper and the field, this Jets team has all the neccessary parts needed to be an ELITE TEAM, a SUPERBOWL WINNING TEAM. A GREAT running game, a great O-Line, the ability and talent to be an elite passing team....

    And a DOMINANT defense!

I'm saying it not just because I believe it, but because I KNOW it. The Jets have the needed elements. They have the talent, the will, and the RIGHT LEADER to get it done.

2010. The BIRTH OF THE RYAN/SANCHEZ DYNASTY!!!

    HEY! RELAX!

All of these here "parts" want to be paid and are threatening holdouts...

I can't remember the Jets extending ANYONE'S contract!

If they push away all of our best players and DON'T WIN THE SUPERBOWL, I'm not the only one who may possibly be fed up with their bullsh*t...

Hey dude, read your own signature and man the **** up. This fan base with its doom and gloom, "SOJ" mentality needs to go, and it needs to go NOW.

**** 1982. **** 1986. **** 1998. **** the past. It is irrelevant....as for "our best players", really? An aged TJ and Alan Faneca? Lito SHeppard? Who are you talking about? This organization has been pretty damned good about taking care of business and keeping talent.

Get on board, man! Enjoy it!

I'm one of the most anti-SOJ around....

These contract issues make me angry. I hear Revis plans to hold out unless he gets 20 mil a year, as well as Mangold and Harris worrying about their contracts...

    Not SOJ at all...

I just hope the new Jets take care of their core players.

And I LOVE the offseason moves btw, esp TJ and KR. Leon- wish him the best but his days are behind him.

Before we can talk any kind of Dynasty we must first
    1. Win a SB
    2. Get all of our core guys signed long term.

Crazy talk creates interest......interest helps sell seats.

Last year was promising, but, we had a little help. Anything can happen, but don't bet on it. The Jets just took their first step, and it was in the right direction. No one believes in Rex more than I do, and Sanchez has the Qb qualities that can make him special, when you look through the rookie, and what will be sophomore mistakes.

Lets win a superbowl first with Rex as coach before we start talking about Dynasties.

That said, if we were to win the superbowl this year we would be the only team in the AFCE who has won two superbowls. At the moment we are tied with Miami at one a piece, while the other teams in the division are still looking to earn their first superbowl.

I love the Jets, Rex and Co., just LOVE THEM!!!!! I feel like I have my team back. And I have repeatedly defended this Jets team against, what i feel is unjust criticism of those who want to go back to the Mangini days of so called "Glory."

But dynasty, Dynasty.....Man we can't even think like this for one second either the fans or especially the players. That is just INSANE talk!!!! INSANE!!!! Forget about it, we are not the Pats of 2000s, Cowboys (90s) or even the Bills circa (90's)....You guys talking about the SB.....How about we win the division before we have delusions of grandeur...... Dynasty, Good Grief!!!!

    Superbowl???

Much as I would like to us win a superbowl (and I like our chances this year), for the purpose of becoming a dynasty we need to start by winning the division this year. And next year. And the year after that.

Even if we win the Superbowl, we have no right to talk about being a dynasty until we are consistantly winning the division.
