~ ~ Agent Gary Wichard, who represents Jets CB Antonio Cromartie, assuring everyone that his client's hip is healthy — Cromartie sat out a few plays during the team's recent minicamp — as quoted on NYDailyNews.com: "His hamstring was fatigued and his hip was fatigued. (Defensive backs coach Dennis Thurman) was the one who chose to give him a few reps off. It wasn't a big deal. At the end of the day, it was not the same hip that was hurt two years ago. It's a non-issue. It was nothing. It's typical training fatigue. He's fine." Wichard continued: "They were trying to connect the dots from 2008 to 2010. But there are no dots. It's the other hip. He had some fatigue after workouts. He didn't say he was hurting. He said he could have practiced and done some more reps"
It's the offseason we love conspiracy theorist posters.
In other news the CIA is still investigating the possibility that there was a 2nd gunman on the Grassy Knoll and that Elvis Presley is alive & well living in Costa Rican beach hut.
