The Goal Line Stance vs the Saints week 4

Probably one of my favorite moments from the defense this season. Yes we lost but how sick was it stuffing them on that short and inches in on the goal line?

I love this team, I love this defense, I love coach Ryan.

    GO JETS!!!!!!!!

Here you go, the highlights of the game, the stance is around the 1:30 mark.

That was a great game defensivly for the Jets, too bad the rookies mistakes cost us the game. This defense is gonna be fun to watch again this year, they will be even better IMO, cant wait for the Monday Night opener vs Baltimore!!!

EDIT: Man Sharper really f***ed us up that game, too bad he resigned with the Saints, would love to see him ball hawk at FS in Rex's D!

Not only did they give up a 40 yard dump off pass before the stand, it literally led to 7 points for the Saints because of Sanchez.

    I hate this video :steamin:

Sanchez has come a long way since then. By the playoffs, he was no longer holding onto the ball that long.

Is the goal line stance a modification of a three-point stance?

If it happened against the Bills, we could have callied it a Buffalo Stance.

The video is missing downs 1,2,and 3. I don't recall this one exactly, but the ultimate Goal Line Stand is when the D, stops the O,anywhere from 1 to 4 straight attempts of getting in the end zone typically from the 5 yard line in is the ultimate GLS.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9icfXJ8AKNI

We were down what 14 zip on 2 turnovers????? That game in my mind was a reminder of how YOUNG Sanchez was and the mistakes he would make via Buffalo, Miami, Jacks etc.....

Meh, where was the goal line stance against the fins and the falcons?

For as good as our D was last year they broke at the absolute worst times on ocassion.
