Why is Jennifer Aniston still a Movie Star?

Jennifer Aniston has starred in a boat load of movies the past few years that for the most part have all been critically panned flops. The only hit she had was about a dying dog. I don't get why Hollywood bankrolls the same one dimensional character. WTF?:dunno:

Has anyone here ever said to themselves "I gotta see that" in regard to any of her movies?

Because, like Julia Roberts before her, she is stunningly good looking in a "wow, she could almost be real, maybe I could find a real girl like her" kinda way.

Also liek Julia, her movies are not meant for men. The audience they are crafted for is women and women-alikes.

I honestly don't think I have ever seen a Jennifer Anniston movie. Maybe I'm wrong, but I can't think of a single movie I've seen that she's in.

In early friends days she was very cute with short hair.

Now with long flat hair her face resembles a horse.

    Although I'd hit that horse.

Of course her character could have been played by anyone.

Just checked IMDB and I've actually seen two: Bruce Almighty (piece of crap that I saw once in the movie theater), and the iconic, classic Office Space. I guess I never think of her in Office Space because it's, you know, a good movie.

Easy answer. She can suck the chrome off a trailer hitch. Other than that.....she has no real talents.

She was good in, "The Good Girl". Plus, she gets banged in the film.

I think I also saw her in "Along Came Polly," but I'm not quite sure why.

She was great in Office Space. Unfortunately, that is the same character she has played in every movie since.

Anyone ever see the movie "She's the One" which was essentially The Brother's McMullen remade with a bigger budget and laundry list of some of the best pieces of ass from 1996?

OMG...that looks awful, like really really awful. Why did I just watch that? Do we show this to prisoners at Guantanamo?

Yes. So much for Edward Burns being a genius/auteur. As you said, just an awful retread of "The Brothers McMullen". I had an insane crush on Maxine Bahns in those days.

Actually, it was kind of low budget, quirky good.

Yikes. It seemed painfully slow and sappy. The movie can only exceed my expectations based on that trailer but if you say so, I'll give it the benefit of the doubt.
