Nice win today. That makes 7 wins in a row. Nice to win early in the day and put the pressure on.

With the Yankees facing a lefty, why didn't Joe strart Kearns at RF and DH Thames? Feels like Joe is overthinking again.

You're really worried about this? He could run Babe Ruth's coffin out there and the Yanks would still win.

8 wins in a row, this team is rolling. Hopefully they take care of those 2 series vs the Rays and lock the division up.

But the Yankees are gelling, hopefully the right time. The bullpen is finally coming together. Kerry Wood is doing a good job with us, nice pickup. David Robertson has been solid. Joba is doing a solid job now. Logan gave us that lefty out of the pen, really helped us there. Rivera is Rivera.

Just need to get Pettitte back. The rotation is still worrisome for the playoffs, but we'll see.

lol I remember when DWC made a huge deal about how this was the worst decision of all time.

Went to the game today last minute with my dad.

How is it that a stadium obviously at least 1/5 empty (even in the cheap seats) has no terrace or grandstand level tickets available through the box office?

Luckily we found a scalper, but seriously you are meaning to tell me all the tickets below $130 were sold out today? LOL.

Also, the concession stands are still super inefficient at the stadium. It took 25 minutes to get two hot dogs from the nathans spot. Citifield, with the pick n pay type system is much more efficient.

Yanks need at least a 2 game lead going into the final 4 games. Rays play the Royals four times.

    BTW, where is Ham?
