The Very 1st Album You Bought.

There are alot of different ages here. What's the very 1st album or CD you pruchased with the money you earned.
This is mine it cost 7 dollars. In my time it was 1971, I was 10 years old.

    KANSAS - Leftoverture. 7th Grade. $11.50 maybe?

Which I traded for Alice Cooper's Greatest Hits at some point.

Bought them both on the same day. Listened to Dark Side first though so that's like the first born twin.

Nice I used to look forward to, I think it was Friday night.
Brady Bunch and then the Partridge Family. Good TV night.

To the chagrin of my father, I became rather inexpicably a Tom Jones fan around 6th grade. It lasted about two years. I'm fairly certain my father thought I was a ghey. I remember buying a Tom Jones album with my dad there and he said to the cashier, "do any other kids his age buy Tom Jones records?" He was probably hoping the cashier would have said, "Oh, yes it's normal".
Cashier instead shook her head solemnly as if to say "...a ghey".
