Jets Lead the NFL in Point Differential (+45)

I was looking at the standings on NFL.com and they have a "Net Pts" column. The Jets lead the league with a +45, 106 scored and 61 allowed.

By the end of tomorrow night's game, the Jets will be leading the league in a number of categories.

Just guessing (I"ll look tomorrow), but I'd bet they'll be top-5 in categories in all three phases:

    Offensive Rushing Yards per Attempt
    Defensive Rushing Yards Allowed
    Net Punting Average
    QB Rating
    QB Hits Allowed
    Passing TDs
Passing TDs to a TE (okay, this isn't a real stat but if it were...)

as the season plays out the points differential is a very good indicator of a teams strength. the 15 pt per game given up is very good.
