One of these weeks we're bound to play a whole game and win by 21.

    Right?

It ain't luck my friend. It's called having a great QB.

I don't think those of weren't around for Joe Willie can truly comprehend what that is like. Me included :)

THIS ! EXAAAACTLY, this is how the patriots, colts, steelers have done it over the years, if you look back at how many games brady, manning, even rothlesburger have pulled games out at the end with miracle throws/plays, thats whats separated them over the years from the other teams...we've had testaverde, pennington, quincy carter, brooks bollinger, kellen clemens during those years

    I am still agape.

You know that feeling when you sit there just before an inevitable loss trying to rationalize with yourself that it's really no big deal? That's what I was doing when I realized we still had :46 on the clock.

I was like, they can't do this though, right? I mean, there is no way they do this 3 weeks in a row. No possible way. The run of luck is done.

Same here. I had already taken of my jersey and was looking at people's Facebook statuses since I was a little bit behind on the DVR. Unreal.

They got me this time. After the late interception, I turned off the TV and stormed away. I was cursing and yelling and my wife, kids and dogs all gave me space. "How can they give up 3 scores in the 4th quarter and blow this damned game!".

But this teeny-tiny little voice in my head said, "there's over a minute left...remember the last two weeks". I told the voice to shut up and went and painted the top of the dining room, which earned me big wife-points.

Then, with a cooler head, I logged on to put the nail in the coffin on this game finally and shut up that little voice.

    Umm..........

I'm sorry little voice. You were right.
