    Absolutely.

The Lions are better than most people think (we know that first hand) and of course this is their one national game.

And of course given our Houdini escapes, I wouldn't rule out the Bengals.

Both teams have to be careful not to looka ahead

I guess we would have to define "trap game" but I think it is difficult to not get up for a thanksgiving game. right?

I hope it is for the Pats. We are home, so that's a big help.

Bengals are a mess. They have cashed in their chips.

Pats rarely allow themselves to be "trapped", although one could argue that it happened recently with their loss at Cleveland following a win vs. the Vikes and before the Sunday nighter at Pitt. Over the years I've just noticed that the Pats simply win the games they're supposed to win while the Jets make every game an adventure and play up or down to their opponents' record. I see a 17-point win by New England at Detroit.

With the way Cincy has collapsed, Thursday night's game should be a no-doubt victory for the Jets, but of course we were saying the same about the last 3 opponents.

This year EVERY game is a trap game for all teams.

But I will say this much...the Bengals pretty much have two things going for them this year. Ocho and TO.

We happen to have two pretty good CBs that can cover them. We still have to watch their young TE and deal with a decent running game, but if we can take away their two biggest weapons, we should be able to hang close enough to win with a last-minute drive in regulation instead of having to take it to OT to win it. :D

Batman and Robin will be stuck on Revis Island and Al-Cro-Traz this week.

What we need to focus on is Jermaine Gresham, the tight end.

Maybe we can get Johnny Sample out of retirement to cover him. Certainly nobody on the current day Jets can.

I think every game is a "trap" game this year. Its that kind of year tbh, parity is the new normal.

And lol at the Admiral Ackbar lego pic.

it would be a trap game if stafford was qb. Being that he isnt this should be a walk in the park.

Bengals have little to play for this season, other than to ruin other team's seasons. And after how we kinda ruined theirs last year, I think they'll be up for this game.

Lions quite simply suck at the moment. Maybe they get lucky and Suh knocks Brady out, but other than that I think the Pats win easily.

Pats are going to roll over the Lions. This might be the biggest blowout of the season.

I can't imagine how Detroit stays in this game. Pats know how to win when they should. They had their lapse, BB won't let that happen again.

Jets and Cincy will be another game we'll need to sweat, Jets will likely pull it out but I think it's going to be close. (I have no reason to think otherwise)

    Pats should win easily.

Every game is a trap for us.
