    Turkey Day Tailgate

Hey guys, just wanted to drop a quick heads up for those interested. We will be doing a Thanksgiving tailgate, with all the traditional stuff as well as some normal tailgate grub. The last three games have had attendance of 175, 186, 220, but for this game due to the complexity of the menu, we need to cap this at 120. Anyone that preregisters on the site will ensure their place. We will have a bunch of tents set up, and there is plenty of room around us if you want to bring your own tent, as some people do.

    More info is here:

Also, for those thinking of making the trip to Pittsburgh, we will be doing our thing there for the game.

And thanks again to everyone who has come out so far this season, every game it gets bigger and better thanks to all of you. It really is great to party and hang with other Jets fans on gameday!

Pretty much the same thing we do for home games. Hauling our gear out there, raising the flag, and just doing a full on tailgate party. Don't know the menu yet, but it will be pretty good.

We did an away game tailgate in Miami and had about 70 people.

5 or 6 grand per game? Seems like a pretty good gig and home business.

lol, you haven't been to one of our parties obviously. This is not much of a money making venture.

Will there be a Chicago tailgate (asking just in case I go to that game)?

Probably not. I have been to every home and away game except Buffalo and Cleveland this year, I may run out to Chicago last minute just to watch the game, but probably not going to do an organized tailgate.

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone who came by Thursday night. We just about hit our 120 person limit for the turkey day tailgate. It took a little longer than usual to get it all going due to the Japanese film crew doing their live spot and getting all that thanksgiving food warmed up.

For those not there, we had 5 26lb turkeys, candied yams, stuffing, smashed potatoes, corn, gravy, and cranberry sauce in addition to burgers, chili dogs, and grilled Taylor ham sammies. It was a LOT of food.

Next game we return to normal awesome tailgating, without attendance limits. Hopefully we can beat the 220 for the texans game.

For the Miami game we have a beer pong tourney planned with great prizes like $100 gift certificates from premiumseatsusa and autographed Kris Jenkins pictures. I'll post more info in the coming days.

Once again, thanks to everyone who came by!
