Brady may sit out against Detroit

Belichick gamesmanship or reality?
Brady officially questionable with sore foot
By: Mike Petraglia

For the first time this season, quarterback Tom Brady is officially listed as "questionable" entering a game. Brady is one of six Patriots listed as questionable. Brady has been dealing with a sore foot since the Browns game on Nov. 7 and has been limited in practice since. Here's the complete injury report for Wednesday, with practice participation only an estimate as the team held only a walk-through on Monday and Wednesday before departing for Detroit and its Thursday game against the Lions.

Did Not Participate
QB Tom Brady (right shoulder/foot) Questionable
G Stephen Neal (shoulder) Questionable
CB Jonathan Wilhite (hip) Questionable
DL Mike Wright (neck/concussion) Questionable

Limited Participation
S Jarrad Page (calf) Questionable
NT Myron Pryor (back) Questionable
RB Fred Taylor (toe) Questionable
So Jets fans, what's your preference for Dec. 6?

1) I want the Jets to face the best. I hope Brady plays.
2) I hope Brady never sees the field again and the Jets romp all over the Pats.
3) Brady better play because I'd have to kill myself if the Jets lose to Brian Hoyer.

I will happily take door #2 - but lets face it there is 0% chance that Brady doesn't play.

Right. The Pats have been playing with the injury reports for a decade now.

If he sits Woodhead will slide in at QB and throw it/hand it off to himself for infinity touchdowns while Jetsinsider explodes with the force of a hydrogen bomb.

- Of course he's going to play, it's just typical Belicheckian mind-games that don't fool anybody.

- We've been on the hard end of the injury bug in other years, and nobody felt sorry for us then. I'm not one to root for injuries, but I'll take any advantage I can get.

Patriots' injury list is usually one higher than it should be (general rule).

Doubtful = Questionable
Questionable = Probable
Probable = BRADY's GAY

I don't care who the Pats suit up for that game. Play the game.

Brady was usually probable with his "shoulder". This is the first time this season he's been questionable.

Probably the same I have to admit.

There is no doubt in my mind that Brady will play against the Jets.
