    Jamarcus Russell

Why not take a chance on a young backup for minimum wage who wants to prove something. We need a young qb as a backup and can challenge Sanchez. We can't afford to waste anymore picks on a qb. Get rid of schott and let him come to TC and carry a clip board. He knows this is his last chance so I think he will behave. No more old vets , now Sanchez needs to know that he needs to shape up and quit the mope I scared attitude. Short money with low risks. Kellen can't do it or the other dopes. Bring back this idea.

IMO, Russell doesn't give a damn about football.

Guy couldn't even be bothered to prepare when he was a starter - had a well deserved rep for dogging it, sleeping in meetings, failure to respond to coaching etc.

He had all the support of his coaches as a starter and he let them down. So how would he fare as a backup, with less support when he is expected to be ready to go at a second's notice?

He would be terrible. Russell isn't a QB - he's a big guy with a big arm, but a massive waste of talent and time as a pro QB.

Let him continue to sit at home on his rotund posterior, getting fat off the ill-gotten gains that Al Davis foolishly bestowed on him.

A different atmosphere with his last chance on the line why not. Give him a low contract without a big risk. He has talent . He acts up let him go. But its better then wasting anymore picks on a qb. Give him a chance in TC.

You can only bring 80 players to camp. I'd rather bring 80 guys who care about football than 79 guys that do and one lazy, big-headed tub of lard.

Your team has had a rough couple of games, but relax. It's a really good group of players, and you're 9-4! Take a breath.

There are not enough snacks in the entire tri-state area to satisfy both Jamarcus and Rex. Plus, can you just imagine the increase in Rex's stupidity index once Jamarcus turns him on to purple drank?

Motivation does not seem to be Sanchez's problem.

Maybe if Brunell promised Mark that he can bang her daughter if he gets the team to the Playoffs?

    How's that for "motivation"?

Nope, to motivate Sanchez, Brunnell would have to offer up a really hot son.
