    Is Sanchez a Midget ?

Let me start off by saying it was a great win - But how many times has Sanchez's passes been tipped at the line ? It seems like 4 or 5 a game.

I've noticed that too. It has to be something with the mechanics or the O-line. I can't imagine it's because he's not 6'5".

Pretty simple. Defenses know Sanchez favorite route is the quick slant, so they will constantly jump to knock down his passes when a sack is impossible.

When you do short passes or slants, the opposing team is going to try to get their hands up.

i think he had about 2 or 3 passes batted down today. about 3 or 4 last week.

i think this is pretty normal. eli had at least 3 batted down today. DL are all 6'4"+ they are all taught to jump when they don't get pressure. it happens in every game, i don't think it happens to sanchez more often than other qbs.

It the OLs job to stay engaged with his DL until the pass is off. If they let the DL go, he can jump to knock down the pass. They are coached to block the pass, our OL MUST do a better job locking up.

But yeah, its not a height thing, its a staring down receivers thing.

Sanchez is 6'1 at best. Watching him all season shows he's good for 3 knock downed passes a game. He needs to move and find a clear passing lane and yes that is Schotty's and the QB coaches fault.

He measured 6'2" 1/8th at the combine, which are not exaggerated or inaccurate like the NFL or team player listings

Plus height has nothing to do with passes being knocked down, it's about throwing through a clear passing lane.

Not because someone is passing 1.5-2 inches higher.

    Field Command QB

Sanchez is a "short qb". In order for him to throw a bomb strike he must load up and launch much sooner than taller...more field command qb's.

When time runs out as he is about to launch said bombs, he often releases air...he often releases to much gas and over throws his fellow Jet...he often releases perfectly in to...the fading hands of wtf receivers.

Coach schott stopped staying up late playing Command and Conquer Generals.

I swear Schott is a closet gamer.
