The Greatest Letter Ever Printed On NFL Team Letterhead

In 1974, a Clevelander wrote the Browns complaining of the menace posed by the then-fad of throwing paper airplanes, and implicitly threatened litigation...

I saw this on Reddit. Cleveland Stadium does not represent the NFL.

In the context of a reply to the original letter, the Cleveland Stadium Corporation..owned by Art Modell..is most certainly speaking for the Cleveland Browns.

Phoenixx, any chance you can get your hands on the letter Timmmmmmy crafted protesting the winning entry in the Beautiful Vermont photo contest?

The one where he explains how he cant understand how a photo taken in his driveway with a regular crap camera lost to a woman with $7000 worth of equipment?

IIRC, that's actually a famous letter.

It's mentioned in one (or more) of those old NFL Films videos from the early 1980s.

It's also referenced by others. Of course, it may be a bit of an urban legend, because in the legal field the letter, or something like it in response to some other stupid complaint made by someone is well known.
