    Tom Brady has the flu

    Tom Brady has the flu
    12/23/2010 8:21:28 AM

New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady missed practice on Wednesday with the flu according to Mike Reiss of ESPNBoston.com.

Brady did not practice, although that has been the norm for Wednesdays over the last two months. Brady is also listed on the participation report with right shoulder and foot injuries, as has been the case for the last couple of months.

The illness might explain why the Patriots pushed Brady's regularly scheduled news conference from Wednesday to Thursday.

Maybe/maybe not. He could still be weak. The weather is not going to help either.

This always bothers me. The flu is a respiratory illness. If he's got a stomach bug, I wish teams would call it that.

    Me 2!!
I figured if I typed 'teh AIDS', a Christmas banning would be in order.

In all honesty, I wish him the slowest, most excruciating recovery. Filled with vomiting and never ending bowel movements.

    Tra-la-la!!!

You don't think Giselle, carelessly, forgot to sanitize the dildo from their last pegging session, do you?

The last time he had the flu before a game, the Pats beat the Steelers 41-27 in the AFC Championship game. The night before that game, he had 103 temperature and was taking an IV for fluids. I don't think this will be a factor on Sunday.

Brady is said to be seeking a rectal flu shot administered with a turkey baster.
