The Big Cat!!!!

Watching Sportscenter as they mentioned how well Jason Taylor played and yes he did have a good game, BUT....

My game ball would go to Shaun Ellis. It was so great to see him absolutely dominate yesterday. On top of the sacks he got, he was just destroying whoever was blocking him, blowing up plays....possibly the best performance of his career in the biggest game.

Plus hes longest tenured Jet....guy deserves a TON of credit for what he did last night. Just an awesome performance by a true Jet

    An animal, period.

    Cool quote frome Trevor Price
The same went for the Jets’ defense. Brady entered this rubber match — the Jets won the teams’ meeting in Week 2 — with 36 touchdown passes and only 4 interceptions, but linebacker David Harris ended Brady’s record streak of passes without an interception, and the Jets sacked him five times. Shaun Ellis, the longest-tenured Jet, recorded two of those sacks and spent much of the day in the Patriots’ backfield. He had the kind of game, his teammate Trevor Pryce said, “a player has once.”

“Not once a season,” Pryce said. “Once.”
Ellis, showed up big time. He rfused to give up on any of his rushes and it showed on the field. Good for him being one of the remaining players from the Parcells years.

It was great to see us get pressure from our line, Ellis is a work horse.
Gotta give credit to the coverage allowing us to get pressure. It was an excellent all around TEAM effort!

Two guys the talking heads can't wait to mention: Taylor and Tomlinson. Frankly, I could care less about their playing history with other teams.

Yesterday, I could not have been happier for Shaun Ellis and his all world performance in a massive game for us. This guy is not a mercenary, but a true, long-time, Jet who has slogged through years of less-than-stellar squads always giving 100%. Phenomenal game, #92. You rocked.

It would be a damn shame if this guy doesn't retire a Jet.

He had Brady looking like the punk b!tch that he really is.. Even the play where he didn't get all the way to him, Tommy Boy just spiked the ball at Woodhead, who fell down, instead of trying to scramble or do something..
Our D-line was great, props to DeVito too, he was blowing up some plays in the backfield.

Beast mode. We were rushing 3 a lot and he was just tossing blockers aside. He may go down as the most underrated Jet of all time.
