Lol on the way home I picked up chinese. The only thing on the bag were numbers, and yes, it was indeed stapled shut. :D
Old style Italian.

When I make anything--Bolognese, chili, chicken soup, meatball and sausage gravy/sauce--I make it in bulk. Have a 12 quart All-Clad pot that I fill to the brim, eat what we may on that day and freeze the rest.

I made 11 quarts of Bolognese last weekend, have about 8 quarts frozen--took a tub out this am to defrost and in no time it's Sunday dinner.

While watching the snow pile up I'm pouring Chianti and boiling the Rigatoni.

Rigatoni has great sauce holding capabilities, but even when cooked al dente, there are always a higher # of breaks than say a penne, or mostaciolli.

cant stand an uncylindrical opened up rigatoni.:steamin:

Chicken Riggies...nommmmm...or is that just an Upstate NY thing?

Anyone ever notice the difference in Chinese food depending on where it is in the US...or Europe? Is Vermont known for good Chinese food?

What if Natalie Portman reads the boards? Worse yet, what if she reads the guitar forum message boards

Timmy, you may have a celebrity stalker.

all I can say is he better be good or expect explosive diarreah

I was very good, I got a lot of compliments from the guys I worked with.

When the guy would say "OK, fit-teen minit" I'd let out a startlingly loud cackle laugh and just hang up.

    Try De Cecco.

If there is ANYTHING to spend 2X what you should on any product, it is this pasta.

De Cecco is outstanding and truly holds up.

    .
Our Mexican and Chinese food is horrendous. There are a few good expensive
    chinese restaurants but that's it.

    Some decent Thai.
