When it was obvious the a**hole wouldn't get fired, the girls that initially complained didn't want to say anything on record with the HR guy (can't say I blame them...he controls their workload and has a long history of using that to make people's lives miserable).

    After the meeting, he approached me in the hallway and told me to stay out of his way (which I have)...but now he's making things a bit more personal.

    If you decide to give him a dose of reality, do it outside of the office and never repeat it again (he may record you the 2nd time)

    Exactly. I even said that to the executive director and the HR guy. Think about it. The ex-felon, tattooed plumber is saying that someone is crossing a line. That says a lot.

    I would suggest bombarding him with little people emails and snail mail. Call places like Clothes for Little People, Little People Have Rights, The JStokes Foundation for Little People and have him put on the mailing/email list. Leave Messages at these places and request a call back leaving- your number and your co-workers numbers . When he returns from lunch announce loudly that
    Little People Have Rights called and they want him to call back right away.

    File a report under his name ,with whoever, stating that your employer discriminates against little people and the doorknobs in the office "were placed at a height for giants".

    That kind of stuff.


    Not from work obviously.

    I have an IP hiding program and could probably help you out.
