    Pennington tore his ACL

As reported by Chris Mortensen, Chad Pennington just tore his ACL during a basketball pickup game.

This guy really just needs to stay away from any round or oval object containing air.

    Let the hilarity ensue.

If this is not an April Fool's joke, then Chad goes down as one of the biggest mushes in history. LOL. What a dick.

Damn that is some tough luck for Chad. Great guy, good player....

Hopefully one step closer to being Sanchez' QB coach so we can dump Matt Cavannaugh.

    Not an April fool's joke:

Although I could use some SAR silliness, I am having a particularly crappy day.

On a serious note, we need to lock Pennington up as a coach, he is born to do it.

He might decapitate himself walking into the practice facility.

Note to self: Have to update this image; that was 2 or 3 injuries ago.

He should be a good BBall player most of his passes looked like layups or 3 point arch shots.

This clown is to JI what Bill Clinton was to comedians.

Ten bucks says he separates his shoulder (again) while walking on crutches after his surgery.

What the hell is with the Pennington Bashing? Yes, he is brittle, but the man has great character. He did everything he could to help the Jets wins games when he was here. What more could you ask from him? He has no (or almost no) control over injuries.

It's mostly SAR with his JPG library and a few others. The vast majority of Jets fans appreciate what Chad did while with the Jets, I amongst them. I think he'd make an excellent coach, he has all the football smarts and leadership qualities you need to be a good one. Which is why I'd love to see him with a headset on the Jets sidelines in the future.
