Filed to ESPN: Former Bills No. 1 pick Aaron Maybin en route to #Jets to take physical, source says. Barring snag, will sign today w/ Jets.

Good news, definitely a low-risk, potential high reward signing.

    Let's hope the weigh-in part of the physical isn't a deal-breaker.

    Now, let's get the kid a god-damned snack! :D

Aaron Maybin has walked over tougher guys than Channing Crowder on his way to a fight.

I'm guessing they're going to stay away from #50 for him

While I'm not the biggest college football fan in the world, I follow Penn St. the closest. Even when he was in college, I questioned how this guy would be an impact player in the NFL. I'm not surprised he's struggling. But, can't hurt taking a shot - all for that.

Low risk low reward like Jarron Gilbert, but whatever. See if there's blood in a stone.

Source tells me that Aaron Maybin has, in fact, decided to sign with the the #Jets

Quite possibly, but it can't hurt to take a look at him. That's why they have a preseason.

Sometimes a change of scenery can help a guy. James Harrison and Cameron Wake were both cut by NFL teams before emerging later in their careers.

Most likely Maybin fails to make an impact, but it's worth a shot.

Sign an OL or two, that's what we need, not Gholston re-do.

I'd bring him in and immediately line him up against Ducasse.

    That will boost his confidence.

what would you prescribe as his weaknesses? i never watch college so I never get that first glance. This is a typical MT Productions pick-up. I like it.
