Barry Bonds and Roger Clemens get federal indictment, what about Eric Holder???

WASHINGTON - New documents obtained by CBS News show Attorney General Eric Holder was sent briefings on the controversial Fast and Furious operation as far back as July 2010. That directly contradicts his statement to Congress.

On May 3, 2011, Holder told a Judiciary Committee hearing, "I'm not sure of the exact date, but I probably heard about Fast and Furious for the first time over the last few weeks."

Everyone who testifies before Congress does so under oath. This makes Holder's statements perjury, a criminal act.

While we're in there, can we ask him about ditching the New Black Panthers voter indimidation investigation, too?

Love to here him explain that one also.

that is who he is....he spent 20 years in a racist, black separatist church, where the pastor...who he called a father figure, said "God d*mn America" in his sermon on the Sunday after 9/11/01. After Obama loses next November, his racist, half white, chain smoking, skinny Saul Alinsky-loving a$$ will be back in his upscale Chicago suburb...where his neighbors like Bill Ayers & Louis Farrakhan can barbecue ribs for his amazon wife

Why? I see the guy for what he is and say it. People who see, will see. As for those who continue to be his sycophants no amount of "civility" is going to change that. In fact, I see people on this MB who are "nice" about the way they criticize Herr Obama and they are treated the same way I am by his bootlickers.

And he'll be loaded with all the loot he stole from the people of this nation.

The 50% who didn't vote for him. The one's who actually pay taxes.

He belongs in prison. He's a crook, just like Madoff.

Playing the victim card, seriously? Just tone it down.

You may mock Obama's call for civility and that's fine, but do me a favor and honor my own call for civility on here.

    Kapisch. ;)

Do me a favor and give a scolding to the Koz kids when they call somebody a racist or a bigot simply because they disagree or disapprove of somebody elses views. Sometimes the use of those words are used appropriately, but nine out ten it's used as a pejorative.

This was nicely played by Lamar Smith. If Barry says no to the appointment of a special counsel, then he is guilty of a cover-up.

This is bigger than Watergate and the libs still harp about that and it happened before alot of them were even born.

Nothing but DEAD SILENCE on this.

Good King Baraq can do no wrong.

Ditching? You do understand that the only thing the U.S. Attorney could of done was file an injunction, right? They left after being told to leave by the Philly PD.

The Justice Dept. instituted a civil suit against several of the Panthers; The Panthers ignored it, never responded. The Justice dept. dropped the suit despite the objections of 6 justice dept. attorney's.

The injunction that was filed against "Minister Shabazz", get this.... directed that he not display a weapon within 100 feet of a Philly polling place for 3 years.

    Comical.

Just as comical as the notion that the Philly PD is directing the activities of the Justice Dept.

The Philly PD escorted the person to the polls and told the idiots to walk, which they did, when did I say the Philly PD directed the activities of the Justice Dept?

Read up, you are too smart to fall for this rightwing bs.

    Mis-read your post, my bad.

Whether they left when Philly PD told them to or not, it doesnt change the fact pattern in this case.

The suit against two of the Panthers had been filed, ignored by the respondents.... then dropped against the objections of 6 Justice Dept. Atty's.

Dont know how that is rightwing bs.

Please provide the plausible explanation you heard, and why you think it is grounded in law.

    :dunno:

Here is a better explanation and refers to the actual OPR investigation. It was BS.

    ADMIT IT, HOLDER. YOU LIED.

Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) is turning up the heat on Eric Holder, demanding the attorney general “come forward and at least admit” he knew about “Fast and Furious” long before he told Congress he learned about the gun program. The chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform said on Wednesday that Holder “failed” to properly answer questions during a May House Judiciary Committee hearing about when he first learned about the controversial gun program.
