Im on the train too. My body seems to have ceased processing alcohol. Its the weirdest thing. I had 4 beers the other night, and woke up hungover as hell. and I had food and a bunch of water before I went to bed. Food and hydration plays no part in this weird phenomonon. It has been happening for awhile now.

I used to be able to booze all night long. Now 4 beers, 7 hours of sleep and wake up feeling like complete hell. Strange but I guess its my time to stop drinking. obviously my body is telling me something.

My problem (well one of them anyway) is that if I have more than a couple of drinks, my sleep goes to sh!t. I get a max of 5 hours of sleep and its the fitful type of sleep - not the good kind. So, I end up being hungover and exhausted - not to mention the toxic gas that I emit whilst sleeping - or so I'm told.

Disappointed in myself. I drank last night... little bit of a pow wow.

Oh well, today's a new day.

You should try mixing in some Xanax.

Get back up on that horse!

I was up on the pony myself last night.

But I find with cutting back to 2 days a week, my tolerance is much lower and I'm actually drinking less when I DO imbibe.

Pusscake. I'm at Islip airport gassing Guinness and Maker's en route to Baltimore...which is reason enough to drink.

Always great going to that meeting never quite sure when you're going to have to sprint out of the glass enclosed conference room looking for a bathroom to desecrate in a non-familiar office.

Hopefully your boss and big client will be with you - that's always fun.

If you shat in your suit whilst at said conference table, would that be a fire-able offense?
