The Giants were shut out in the first half against the Pats
Look, I think the Pats D is absolutely terrible. I think they stopped the Jets from scoring because of luck more than anything else. The Jets were moving the ball with ease. But please stop with this crap about EVERY team in the leauge moving the ball on the Pats with ease. The Giants were shut out in the first half against this very same defense.
[QUOTE=petejet;4232618]The giants are not that good. They play in a ****e division and have benefited from a weak schedule. That's about to change.[/QUOT
if the giants arent that good what are the Jets then. if i recall we beat the pats in their own backyard. their is not an easy game in the NFL buddy remember that,. the Rams are terrible an they beat the Saints a couple of weeks ago, the Cards are terrible an they went into philly and beat them yesterday. the Dolphins blew out KC last sunday so please.

And whats about to change. They beat a good pat team on the road.. the came within inches of tieing the game yesterday. the 9ers have a very good defense and we had almost 400 yards of offense on them. we have the 3-6 eagles at home sunday who mite be without Vick and McClin. the saints are Beatable. The Pack is the best team in the league so that could be the next loss. Dallas can be beat. Washington stinks. Jet game will be tough. and Dallas again. this Giant team can win 10-11 games and win the division so stop hating and worry about your own dam team making the playoffs
i think the giants match up much better against NE than the jets do. NE needs time for brady to throw, and NYG's pass rush flusters him too much. plus, NE's defense is weak against the pass, and the giants throw better than they run and attack thru the air.
the jets, by contrast, prefer to run the ball, which NE likes b/c it has the league's worst pass defense. the jets don't have a potent passing attack so they'd rather the jets try to beat them in the air instead of sticking to what they do best. the jets played right into their hands last night by not ramming it down their throats. they'd rather blitz sanchez and make him hit precision pass after precision pass b/c in a game of precision passing, NE wins. in a game of power running and (ideally) no turnovers, the jets have the edge.
