    What is Your Fix Priority

Its obvious that the Jets have some issues with their personnel. So how would you prioritize the fix. In other word, during the off season what gets top priority:

    1. Safeties
    2. Rushing lineman
    3. Offensive lineman
    4. Linebacker

  2. #2
    Pass rush.

Playing Brady you have to expect that your defense is going to take a beating

But playing the worst defense in the league that later became so injured that Julian Edelman had to play some snaps at corner back (I'm not joking) and only getting 16 points to show for it is beyond embarrassing

Schotty's contract will be up after the season, and it can't come soon enough

After we cut Mulligan, our draft should be:

    RD 1: OLB
RD 2: RT (I wasnt here on Saturday)
    RD 3: Safety
    Rd 4: Safety
    RD 5: ILB
    RD 6: TE

these are all pawns on the chess board

what draft pick will make Mark Sanchez not take a time out with 1:20 left?

Why is the TO such an issue. We scored our TD and our defense let's Brady drive the field. That's my issue!!!:steamin::steamin::steamin: Rex's "vaunted defense couldn't stop an nose bleed last night (sorry Bart)

Probably the same pawns that account for 16 total points on offense in 4 quarters against the worst defense in the league.

A half way decent offense can cover up a lot of blemishes on a team in the regular season. The Patriots prove that

    #1. New Offensive Coordinator.

A new OC will bring in "his guys" & assistant coaches. Once that matter is settled & what type of offense the new OC wants to implement into Rex's system, I say draft accordingly starting with real & viable back ups at QB and Center.

When McCourty went out and then Idehigbo left the game Sanchez should have destroyed the secondary. Plax and Holmes all day.

    1) Offensive Coordinator
    2) Pass rusher
    3) safety
    4) additional depth at OL
    5) a young dynamic RB
    6) another WR
    7) a healthy Greg McElroy
    8) a healthy Jeff Cumberland
    9) additional depth at LB
    10) find an offense that can give the defense and fans a rest

1.) New OC. This guy is f*cking terrible. Gotta give Greene the ball more, keep brady sitting on the bench!
2.) New Safety. sh*t, at this point try cromartie, he might get beat from time to time but the safety we need has to take chances and make plays on the that cromartie might be able to do. With Wilson developing well, why not?
3.) Trade for Braylon again. I'm really serious, he is a great deep threat.

    1) Pass rush
    2) Pass rush
    3) Pass rush

With the Jets corners a pass rush could take the Jets from an above average defense into an exceptional defense. A pass rushing OLB & a ILB to push & or replace Bart Scott.

The problem is teams will just spread us out and still attack our safeties.

Revis, Cro, and Wilson. Fantastic if going 3 wide. But then the Pats just went 4 wide and even 5 wide. That means our safeties have to get int he mix... and it's game over no matter how many pass rushers you have.

Get both OLB and Safety positions. Unfortunately the OLB class this year is nothing special and colleges arn't using traditional safeties anymore

And the year before that, and the year before that, and the year before that.
