Can't believe this hasn't been suggested yet...
There's only one name for a big, fat, slobbering, always hungry pup...

    REX!

    name him Brady.

that way, in a few years when your dog eventually dies, it won't be so sad ;)

all kidding aside, bullmastiffs are great dogs. hope he has a long, healthy and happy life. even with a queer name like Brady :)
i have one that is almost 3. this breed is great and you are going to love it. mine is named Norman. this is definitely a breed that needs and old man name. we were also thinking about waffles. if you have any questions about it just send me a pm.
+1 we have a Mastiff/Rotty mix, his name is Bob and it truely fits
Most dogs respond best to names of two syllables. It is also easier to call them if their name is short, since you will be using the name dozens of times a day when they are young......

Good luck with the new pup.......
Yup, good advise about the name. You will be saying it alot so something short and too the point. "Lord Fauntelroy Ruffles the 3rd" would not be a good name.

Awesome, simple, to the point and currently in 2nd behind Klecko. 3RD Choice right now is tight between Revis and Fudge.

Bernie. Bernie Mastiff. Run with it.

I'm a big proponent of any pet, especially dogs, having a 'Y' or 'IE' at the end of the name.

Congrats on the new addition to the family!!!

Big dogs need a tough name.

    Otis
    Mongo
    Kane
    Blue
    Bo
    Duke
    King

Don't name him after a Jet unless you want unfulfilled potential and dramatic letdowns
