They had the #1 red zone offense because they were hardly ever in the redzone.
That's one way of looking at it.
Well another way of looking at it (anyone here on this forum can attest to this) is that the red zone wasn't the problem. Getting anywhere near it was. And guess what - 9.8/10ths of the drives don't start in your opponent's redzone.

    Enough's enough.

Can you blame him. This offense is a joke..

And Holmes is getting ripped..rightfully so but how come the media is giving Sanchez a pass for his attitude during the game...everytime he was on tv he was just chilling on the sideline...

You don't see that from Brady,Manning, Brees

I think it would actually be a good idea to draft a WR because Sanchez would have better control of the huddle with younger guys in there compared to dealing with divas who've been in the league longer than him.

sanchez is better with bigger targets, so they should give him some similar to what Rivers has. Can't see how we get a guy like VJAX though.

If Sanchez and Schotty were smart and really want Holmes gone they should've targeted him 20+ times to up his trade value.

They can't even lose right. What a nightmare

These guys have enlightened me. I fully expected the same 53 back.
Thanks Schotty for making every WR other than Braylon Edwards want to leave the Jets
Schitty will be in heaven. No Plax, No Holmes. Now he can run his wildcat with his new love "Jeremy Kerley" and run Sanchez into the ground. No player in their right mind is coming here to play under our douchebag OC.

It kills me to know how bad Sanchez looks because of this moron. Somebody please smack Tanny and tell him to FIRE SCHITTY!!! :steamin:

He's dead right. We did have the #1 redzone % because we were NEVER there. Schitty was on track with the rest of his career as an OC. 22nd in passing, 21st in rushing. That says all that needs to be said. How many guys does Schitty need to outcast before he's fired?

Ever notice how good offenses can lose a QB and still not lose a beat? New England when they lost Brady, Green Bay without Aaron Rodgers... Point blank, Rex sucks at coaching offense and we need a real OC that can develop Sanchez, not outcast half of our stars by calling bad plays all season that get our QB killed.

Don't talk down to me; that's why we got the guy. Mason and Tone were supposed to get the yards between the 20's. The groud n pound became grunt and punt; how is that because of Burress? Wayne Hunter was a problem; Burress is a weapon. Get somebody that can use Kerley Tone and Turner to get in the Red Zone.

it kills me that most Jets fans seem to think the OC is inadvertently sabotaging the QB.

We never should've relied on this jackass as our #2 receiver in the first place.

I don't see "Points Scored" in your post. We scored 377; right behind all the division winners. The chargers scored 406.

Watching the games, I think he regressed from last year despite the statistics.

Great news--he dogged it most of the season.
